Target group

The target group of SEER is households in places where air pollution is really bad. So the product can be used in and around the house of  households to improve the air quality in their own living space. For the first years we would like to target India first, because this country is the worst at the moment according to our research.

How?

​

By creating a cheap solution our target group can afford to buy our product. This way SEER can provide a safe and clean living environment for people in India and this way we can earn money for our company to improve our product.

Cost Calculation

​

SEER company uses a mold for 200.000, but in the first year we are going to produce 20 000 pieces

  • Mold price:    €20.000,-

  • Product cost: €35.000,-

  • Packaging:     â‚¬13.000,-

  • Transport:      €12.000,-

Total:                      €80.000,-

This makes our product 4 euros to produce. A filter cost 10 euros and we sell our product for 20 euros. So our profit will be 6 euros.

Partners 

​

Team SEER works together with Smartair on this product. This is because Smartair is already producing the filters that we need for our filter. They are located in India and by producing with them we don't have to worry about laws or regulations, because it is at their fabric. After that we sell our FreshFan on Amazon.in to save a lot of transport cost to keep the product cheap.
