PROJECT MANAGEMENT

How did we work? Our team?

Before we started with this project we made a code of conduct that everyone signed. This way we ensured that everyone did their tasks and that there were consequences if someone didn't complete their tasks.

The project went in the normal steps of a design process: Research, Ideation, Concept, Prototyping.

The most difficult aspect of the project we found was the research. It was really hard to get a clear overview of all our numbers and to make sure we covered all the parts of the research. That is why we struggled a little bit with the go or no go presentations.

Team

As a team we worked well together. Every team member has their own strength. Theodor and Stef did a lot of the Technical work. Tom did a lot of management. Rene did all the blogs and was our team-leader for a majority of this project. Alexander and Chiara did a lot of work on the website and the presentations.

This way everyone did their part and we had fun in the meantime!
