Being creative in Tilburg

The 16th week we finished research.
This week we started with a creativity lesson in Tilburg. Here we learned about the experience and the customer journey, for instance learn how to make an experience map. Hereby we looked at before, during and after purchase through the eyes of the customer. We think this was very useful for the coming weeks.
The rest of the week we finished the research for our chosen idea and our business model canvas which has to be presented on Monday.
